Kyle Brock, as Chief Executive Officer at FrameTec® is a professional engineer and multi-business owner.
He has 35 plus years of experience as a company executive, principal, and employer. As an engineer, Kyle possesses strong analytical abilities. As an entrepreneur and business owner,
Kyle has developed the broad field-of-view necessary to procure and sustain a successful business operation and has developed strong business relationships with key players in the building industry. Key Roles – Marketing and business development, contracts, customer relations, business leadership and company administration. Primary liaison between operations and capital investments.
Marvin has been intricately involved in the truss and wall manufacturing business all of his life starting as a youngster working for his father, who was also a truss manufacturer.
Most notably, Marvin was the entrepreneur and owner of Phelps & Sons, Inc. in Cottonwood, AZ from 1974 to 2009. The facility was encompassed by 152,000 sf of buildings on 15.5 acres of land. Marvin is a noted innovator in truss and wall manufacturing systems.Key Roles – Mastermind behind FrameTec® related to the innovation, automation and procurement of the plant and the company’s overall ongoing objectives.
Josh Lewis, as Chief Operating Officer at FrameTec®, expertly steers the company through the complexities of the construction and supply industry.
With over 20 years of experience, his focus is on innovative solutions for home building challenges. He brings a rich background in project management and operational efficiency, underpinning FrameTec's advancements in technology and sustainability. A collaborative leader, Josh is pivotal in strategic planning and fostering key business relationships, driving FrameTec's market presence and growth.
Jordan Ricca, as CFO at FrameTec®, has over a decade of experience as a CPA in Arizona in the public accounting space and previously owned a successful accounting practice in the area.
Past clients ranged from non-profits to copper mining, manufacturing and farming, Jordan excels in managing diverse and fast-changing environments. Jordan thrives on leveraging technology for efficient financial data management and reporting to facilitate intelligent decision-making. Active in community service, Jordan is involved in organizations including the Verde Valley Homeless Coalition and the Tucson Symphony Orchestra Society.
Damion Lupo, Chief Investment Officer and on the Board of FrameTec®, brings a dynamic blend of experience in private equity real estate, entrepreneurship, and finance. His career is marked by a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
As an entrepreneur who's started over 70 companies, Damion has a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities, which is instrumental in guiding FrameTec's strategic decisions. His expertise in finance and real estate equips him with a unique perspective on sustainable growth and value creation.
Damion's role at FrameTec is critical in providing strategic insights and guidance for the national rollout, ensuring the company's continued success and leadership in the industry.
Monte has been immersed in the truss manufacturing industry for 26 years starting at Phelps & Sons as a laborer, Roof Division Supervisor, Production Manager, and finally, for 13 years as the General Manager. As GM, Monte led all production of the truss plant including scheduling, staffing, procurement and maintenance of equipment, QA/QC, inventory. He has an extraordinary ability to continuously identify change actions to enhance profitability.Key Roles – General Manager of the day-to-day operations of FrameTec including hiring, training and employee mentoring, scheduling, purchasing, production, profitability, safety, and QA/QC.
Will Brooke, the CEO of Vitruvian Ventures, brings a wealth of experience from his diverse background in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and real estate.
With over 15 years in the industry, his expertise lies in driving financial strategies and growth. His leadership at FrameTec is marked by a keen focus on financial stewardship, innovation, and setting new benchmarks in the construction and supply sectors. The FrameTec™ location in the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona is under construction and on schedule to begin production in mid 2024. Plant #2 is under way in Casa Grande which will allow FrameTec AZ to cover over 90% of the population in Arizona.
The FrameTec™ Team is currently looking at expansion opportunities in central Texas that will serve Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, the 4 major MSAs and cover more than 70% of the population. 15-20 plants are planned throughout Texas.
