In partnership with Habitat for Humanity and Wespac Construction, FrameTec applied The FrameTec Formula® to an attainable housing community in Flagstaff.
Floor cassettes, wall panels, loft sections and roof assemblies were prefabricated offsite, then brought together in the field as an integrated structural system.

We coordinate where their work will interact with the structure and provision the framing for those conditions—reducing field conflicts and creating a more accurate, efficient environment for the work that follows.
That means anticipating backing, penetrations, fixture and cabinet locations, electrical requirements and other trade interfaces during design. By resolving those conditions upstream, we reduce field conflicts and rework while improving the accuracy and efficiency of downstream installation.
