This is in regard to the tax credit 9 project which includes 14-3 bedroom, 14 –4 bedroom and 5 duplex residential homes in a subdivision on the Yavapai-Apache reservation. FrameTec has done an excellent job from start to finish. From initial prep and scheduling/engineering coordination to punch out and finished framed home, FrameTec has led the way. The initial review of our homes to be designed in a way that would maximize their plant and facility was painless and brought about many improvements in our existing models. We had full access to the designers that work out questions about layout and they coordinated with our existing contractors and trades men to build a better home. FrameTec installation crews are topnotch and very easy to work with, especially how fast the homes are being built. No more than 4 days after the slab was poured, they had the walls standing and within the week trusses were rolled and sheeted. This has been a very fast-paced, professional and safely functioning job site. This project is and has been one of the smoothest projects I have been a part of in my 35 years as a builder. FrameTec will be hard to outperform. I fully recommend FrameTec for any project large or small, you will be fully satisfied.
